Bharti AXA Life Insurance is a joint venture between Bharti, one of India’s leading business groups with interests in telecom, agro business and retail, and AXA, world leader in financial protection and wealth management.The Complaints Handling System is an Intranet application developed and deployed for its Complaint Resolution Unit.

Direct customer complaints are the most valuable marketing information that a company can analyse. The idea behind this application was to provide a resolution system which allows critical information about Customer problems, analysis of the problems and corrective actions in real time which is the critical information for business. The application was developed as per the user requirements and has the following major capabilities:
