Project Tracker is a web based software for managing projects and activities. Unistanz developed the application for internal use. However, the same application has been modified and deployed for customers. The software has the following capabilities:

The application is developed to run on a web browser and hence can be hosted centrally on the Group’s Intranet or on the Internet, if required. This would enable access to the application from anywhere. Incidentally, Unistanz has hosted it's Project Tracker on the Internet. |

The corporate hierarchy of Functions, Departments and Users can be mapped and the roles of Function Heads, Department Heads, Project Managers and Activity Owners defined. |

A Function Head / Department Head can define a new project and assign it to a Project Manager. |

The Project Manager can define Activities and Sub Activities can can assign them to Activity Owners. |
| 5. |
The Project Manager, Activity Owners and Sub Activity Owners can provide updates against their Projects, Activities & Sub Activities. |

There is a feature to attach files along with updates, if required. |

The Reports are generated in the popular Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. |
