Unistanz is not led by a management guru. Nor are there great "technology experts" in our ranks. We do not make billions of dollars in revenue. Nor do we own glass buildings in technology parks. After 8 years in the software development business, you may call Unistanz a failure. Or is it?
The fact is Unistanz is doubling every year – completely unplanned. How?
Our customers prefer us over our peers. They drive our growth. In turn, we support them with our lives. But more than anything, we are honest in our dealings. We keep our word – to the last alphabet. That’s what they say.
What does our team feel about us? Never felt the need to ask them. Why? Because it’s like asking what they feel about themselves. After all, they run the show. And they are not leaving us in a hurry.
We don’t strive for conventional strength. Then again, we don’t have conventional aspirations. All we seek is happiness in what we do. A clear conscience is our final goal. And our ultimate achievement. Needless to say, conventions follow. Sometimes grudgingly.
