| This model is a variation of the offshore project execution model. This model is suitable for large and complex projects that require continuous transfer of domain knowledge and frequent design changes to achieve the customer's objectives. Here, the Project Team is divided into 2 sub teams. The first sub team is stationed at the customer site to execute parts of the project that require interaction with the customer and / or with the customer's infrastructure. The second sub team is stationed offshore at Unistanz's office in India to execute parts of the project that do not need interaction with the customer. |
